As a person who has built thousands of homes, I know almost every issue in the book and have experience in finding a solution that will work for your client. Whether representing the buyer or the seller, I can help prepare an estimated cost of repairs for the low fee of $50/hour. The estimated cost of repair can then be used to help the buyer negotiate a fair discount to the sale price.
If the buyer or seller hires me to perform the work, charges to date is applied to the cost of the work.
If the seller wants the work completed prior to selling but can only pay with the proceeds of the sale, then I can work with that too – (up to $5000)

I will be the first to admit I’m a much better builder than a salesperson. So what does that mean to you? That means I recognize the value of you, the realtor, and your ability to bring clients to the table. And I also know that means you don’t want to have to fight to get paid for doing your job.
So how can we work together for your client? Simply put, I know the land developers and I know how to build homes. That means if you bring me your client I can work with both of you to acquire land in their preferred location. From there I can arrange blueprints, color selections, specifications, and create a budget for them based on these size ranges:
0-1,000 sq. ft. (5 designer hrs incl.) = $3,000
1,001-2,000 sq. ft. (7 designer hrs incl.) = $5,125
2,001-3,000 sq. ft. (9 designer hrs incl.) = $7,375
Everything needed to build their dream home on time and within budget. If they choose to build through Janus Homes, you will be paid a 2% commission on the sale price prior to GST – no hassle!
Remember, nothing gets built without a buyer.
